Public and Administrative Laws, Governance, Regulation and Policy, Criminal Laws, Securities Regulation, and Corporate Governance.
Academic and Professional Profile
In addition to teaching and course-development, Moeen is presently involved in research on Hudood laws, gender discrimination, the earthquake reconstruction program, police reform and corporate governance. Prior to joining LUMS, Moeen worked in the securities and venture capital industry in the United States for over four (4) years. Moeen has significant experience of securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation, and general corporate transactions pursuant to U.S. federal and state laws.
