| This was a 3-day

designed and developed by Professor Joseph Wilson
for the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority
of Pakistan (“NEPRA”). The aim of
this course was to build institutional capacity
of NEPRA through training to promote the development
of competitive markets. The course was the first

resources. It was also the first executive training
program offered at the Rausing Executive Development
