Profiles of Panelists
Mr. Faisal Akhtar Rana, Head of Communications and Marketing Services, Nestlé Pakistan
Mr. Rana joined Nestlé Pakistan as Head of Communications and Marketing Services in 2018. He brings with him tremendous experience with his previous marketing and commercial assignments in Pakistan and other complex markets like Nestle Malaysia and Nestle Philippines. During his career, Mr. Rana has worked on various commercial positions. He was Group Brand Manager and later Commercial Head for Nestlé Waters retail business and played a pivotal role in complete restructuring of the Nestlé Waters organisation. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Trade Marketing and before moving abroad, Mr. Rana was the Business Executive Officer for Coffee, Beverages & CPW. He holds an MBA from LUMS.
Mr. Ahsan Sheikh, CEO, Kinetic Pakistan
Mr. Sheikh is an advertising and marketing professional who has helped build and revolutionise out-of-home advertising in Pakistan. He is currently the CEO of Kinetic Pakistan, the largest and only internationally affiliated out-of-home (OOH) media agency in the country and has managed to change the perception of the medium in Pakistan. Mr. Sheikh has multiple industry firsts to his name; like the introduction of Digital, Programmatic and Dynamic OOH. Kinetic’s phenomenal growth with a blue-chip client portfolio inclusive of Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Jazz, Nestle, and Unilever is a testament to his success. Additionally, Kinetic is also the most awarded OOH agency in Pakistan. He holds an MBA from LUMS.
Ms. Nadia Haseeb, Head of Marketing Lubricants, Shell Pakistan Ltd.
Ms. Haseeb graduated from LUMS with an MBA in 2004 and joined Shell the same year. She is a well-rounded professional with 16 years of experience in the oil and gas sector in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Ms. Haseeb has led and has been part of multi- cultural teams by virtue of working in different geographies within Pakistan and outside. She has also had both local and regional roles primarily in the area of marketing.
Mr. Rizwan Fazal, Head of Marketing, Jazz
Mr. Fazal has 25 years of experience in diversified industries ranging from telecom, banking and military. He is presently Vice President Marketing at Jazz. He has worked both locally and internationally and holds an MBA degree from LUMS.
