About the Programme:
Shan Foods proudly presents Pursuit of Changemakers, a 12-month long programme designed to train and develop future leaders. Successful candidates will get a chance to lead real time business projects, learn from leading industry professionals and get an extensive overview of the business through inter-departmental rotations. Upon successful completion of the programme, our Changemakers will experience fast-track career growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates of Summer/Spring 2024 and Fall 2023 from both Bachelors and Masters programmes
Passionate, dynamic, resilient and creative individuals who are willing to “Be The Change” with their innovative ideas.
Coffee Chats:
We are also excited to announce that we are taking registrations for Coffee Chats which will be taking place right after the recruitment drive. Register for our coffee chats and get to know more about Life at Shan. We would love to meet you for one-on-ones to hear about you, your aspirations and connect with you on an individual level. Deadline to register is February 16, 2024.
