Abudawood Conducted a Virtual Recruitment Drive for Graduating Students

Abudawood Pakistan conducted a virtual recruitment drive on Monday, March 11, 2021 at 6:00 pm, in which they targeted BSc, MS and MBA students graduating in 2021.
Ms. Fatima Babar, Assistant Manager HR at Abudawood, initiated the session by introducing her team and playing an introductory video for the audience.
Then Ms. Sabiqa Kiani, Head HR at Abudawood, took over and shared the history of the company, along with its operations. With business partners like Procter & Gamble, Rupali Foods, and Ferrero, Abudawood provides extraordinary services in Sales Management, Merchandising, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Information Management, Client Management, Key Accounts Management, Warehousing and Logistics. The company has a workforce of 2000 employees spread over 36 locations across Pakistan.
Ms. Kiani further talked about the core values upheld at Abudawood, and how they help keep the team motivated and growth-oriented. She stated that the company is looking for brilliant, young and talented candidates who are passionate about learning and developing their careers.
Explaining the hiring and application process, Ms. Kiani then stated that they will hire fresh graduates under the ADP E.D.G.E Trainee Programme 2021. They offer two programmes, the Management Trainee Programme for Master's students and the Associate Trainee Programme for Bachelor's students. She further explained the process of application for each programme and also shared the link to apply.
The drive concluded with an online game and an interactive QnA session.
