XiQ Conducts Virtual Recruitment Drive for LUMS Students

XiQ conducted its virtual recruitment drive via Zoom April 23, 2021 BS Computer Sciences students, graduating in 2021.

Mr. Adeel Chaudary, Sr. Product Manager and LUMS alumnus started the session with a brief introduction of himself and the company. He explained that xiQ is a leading and award winning, AI-powered platform that unifies sales and marketing functions in one SaaS platform, with the explicit goal of driving revenue growth. Ranked number one by G2, Content Marketing Institute Companies like Dell, Nutanix, AWS, NTT Data, SF 49ers and many others are the kind of clients the company caters to.

Mr. Chaudary further talked about the mission of company, which is to leverage AI to humanise the B2B experience. He also highlighted the company’s growth, projects, office locations and structures. He further mentioned that they are looking for people who are game changers, aren’t afraid to take risks, and have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.

Later, Ms. Fareeha Fazal, HR Head at xiQ talked about career growth with the company. She shared that xiQ believes in employee authority and that their organisational structure promotes career growth. She also showed the organogram of the company for better understanding of how it actually works. She also highlighted the gender ratio and encouraged females to apply as the company culture is very inclusive. She further shared few testimonials in which employees talked about their experiences working at xiQ. Later Ms. Fazal gave details of available positions and the eligibility criteria followed by the detailed recruitment process and fringe benefits offered by the company.
